Added: Mail domains could be created for both Domains and Domain Aliases. Domain could be added as a pointer to mail domain as well.
Added: "processVolume" option for templates' index.xml to provision VMs with multi-volumes VHDs (like default installation of Windows 2008 R2). "processVolume" is a volume number starting from 0 and specifying which volume must be extended and processed.
